Gome of the Week
Beheading an American prisoner on video?

Apparently in retaliation. This is all going real well.

This Week's Link That's Probably Not That Great
Ulita - Some sort of random picture generator. There might be some bad stuff on here.

This Week's Movie You've Probably Never Seen
If I Should Fall From Grace: The Shane MacGowan Story (2001)

A sweet yet depressing documentary about Shane MacGowan, the lead singer of the Pogues.

The older footage is great, and seeing the newer stuff just makes it amazing that he's still alive.

Tries to kind of make it seem like he's a sad waste of talent, but the guy actually accomplished a ton of stuff in his career, and he knows it.

Definitely worth watching.

This Week's Record You're Probably Not Listening To
Eagles of Death Metal - Peace Love Death Metal (2004)

Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age put down his guitar, picks up the drums, and rocks out.

This is a damn fine rock record, obviously not to be taken too seriously, but you gotta check out "Stuck In the Metal With You."

Good stuff.

This Week's Hip New Slang Word or Phrase
Chopster - A sweet term for the hipsters that hang out at Chopsticks, our local hangout.

Origin - Now I can't remember.

Usage - "Dude, that yahtzee I was with last night was kind of a powder hound."

"Dude, was she thin mizzy?"

"Dude, totally. All she wanted to do was go to the Chop and hang with her fellow Chopsters."
